Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the ph33f website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible via ph33f.net and its subdomains.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a ph33f account or is accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered Player profile and associated wallet maintained by ph33f on behalf of a registered user.
• "Real Money Wager" refers to any bet placed using deposited Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a Player's ph33f wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by ph33f.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by ph33f prior to processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required for compliance purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before that bonus (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, or where ph33f does not hold a valid operating authorization.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on ph33f, by placing any wager, or by otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge and confirm the following:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You are accessing the Platform from the Republic of the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling activity of the type offered by ph33f is not prohibited.
• You are not a resident of, or physically present in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of play.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves real financial risk, and that ph33f does not guarantee winnings of any kind.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The ph33f Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in accordance with applicable Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. ph33f enforces a strict 21+ policy across all product categories, including but not limited to live casino, slots, bingo, e-sabong, and sports betting.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a ph33f account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• A valid email address that you own and control.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification.
• A username and password of your own choosing.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ph33f account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ph33f employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified by ph33f will be closed and any associated bonus funds or winnings will be voided.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

ph33f's services are intended for players physically located within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in breach of these Terms. ph33f accepts no liability for any regulatory consequence arising from a Player's access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Account Responsibilities

4.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your ph33f username, password, and any associated two-factor authentication credentials. ph33f will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify ph33f immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. ph33f reserves the right to suspend account access pending a security investigation upon receiving such a report.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your ph33f account remains accurate and current. Any change to your name, address, contact number, or payment method must be updated by contacting ph33f support. Changes to core identity information will require re-verification through the KYC process.

4.4 Non-Transferability

ph33f accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, its credentials, or any balance held within it to any third party. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph33f accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph33f reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment channels without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your ph33f wallet in real time in standard conditions. Processing times for bank transfers (InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary depending on the sending institution. ph33f is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or issuing banks.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on ph33f are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ph33f is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Deposit Limits

ph33f applies platform-level deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming principles. Players may also set personal deposit limits from within their account dashboard. ph33f reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on any account at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes.

5.5 Prohibited Sources

Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or theft, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law. ph33f cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of such activity.

Withdrawals

6.1 KYC Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of ph33f's KYC verification process. Players will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS or GSIS ID) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

6.2 Processing Times

Approved withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes of approval by the ph33f payments team. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. ph33f reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or for accounts subject to additional review.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph33f account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ph33f reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per request. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. ph33f does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees which are outside ph33f's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ph33f are subject to individual offer terms, including specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These individual offer terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty-five (35) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ph33f employs automated detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and using prohibited software or strategies to exploit promotional terms. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings voided.

7.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

ph33f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of their opt-in, except where the modification is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Game Rules & Fairness

8.1 Random Number Generation

All ph33f casino games operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. RNG integrity is independently audited on a regular basis. ph33f does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

ph33f publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games in its library. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling outcomes are inherently subject to variance.

8.3 Malfunctions and Errors

Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

If a Player experiences a disconnection during an active game round, the game will resume from its last confirmed state upon re-login. ph33f is not responsible for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph33f Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, forged, or altered identity documents during the KYC process.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's underlying source code.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of location masking.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph33f staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

ph33f is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. We provide a suite of player-controlled tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, reality check alerts, and self-exclusion.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 12 months. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any commercial exploitation of ph33f's intellectual property without prior written authorization from ph33f.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph33f shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access.
• Loss of data, including account history, transaction records, or gameplay data.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Losses attributable to internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

ph33f's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their ph33f account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Privacy & Data

ph33f collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ph33f.net/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph33f may be required to share Player information with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence authorities, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable Philippine law and anti-money laundering obligations. Such disclosures do not require prior notice to the Player concerned.

Amendments to These Terms

ph33f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph33f Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ph33f's support team to seek resolution through our internal disputes process. ph33f commits to responding to all formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
